3.1 Age Requirement. Access to and use of the g789 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of registration. g789 enforces this requirement through mandatory CNIC-based KYC verification. Any Account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the originating payment method.
3.2 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, the same CNIC, the same mobile number, the same device, or the same IP address — constitutes a material violation of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all related Accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances and bonuses.
3.3 Jurisdictional Restrictions. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the g789 Platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. g789 makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in all locations. 3.4 Capacity to Contract. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not acting on behalf of any third party, and that your use of the Platform is for personal entertainment purposes only.
4.1 To register an Account, you must provide a valid Pakistani mobile number, create a secure password, and accept these Terms. Your mobile number will serve as your permanent username and will be used for OTP verification on every login from an unrecognized device.
4.2 KYC verification — submission of a clear, legible photograph of both sides of your valid CNIC and a selfie — is mandatory before any withdrawal request is processed. g789 reserves the right to request additional documentation, including proof of address or source of funds, at any stage of the Account lifecycle.
4.3 You warrant that all information provided during registration and KYC is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
4.4 g789 reserves the right to decline registration or suspend any Account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the eligibility requirements in Section 3 have not been met.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your g789 login credentials. You must not share your password, OTP codes, or any other Account access information with any third party under any circumstances.
5.2 g789 will never request your password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from g789 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
5.3 Any activity that occurs under your Account credentials — including transactions, gameplay, and bonus claims — is your sole responsibility unless you have notified g789 of unauthorised access in writing before the relevant activity took place.
5.4 In the event you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact g789 support immediately via live chat. g789 will take reasonable steps to secure the Account pending investigation but accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access due to Player negligence.
6.1 Accepted Methods. g789 accepts deposits from the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, and Meezan Bank. All deposits are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion fees are charged by g789.
6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100 for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash and EasyPaisa) and PKR 500 for bank transfer methods. Maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method and Account verification tier.
6.3 Processing Time. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa typically reflect in the g789 Account wallet within seconds of successful transaction completion. Bank transfer deposits may take up to thirty (30) minutes depending on the issuing bank's processing systems.
6.4 Source of Funds. By making a deposit, you confirm that all funds deposited into your g789 Account are from a legitimate source, that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used, and that no deposit is made using funds obtained illegally or through fraudulent means.
6.5 Failed Deposits. If a deposit is deducted from your payment method but does not appear in your g789 wallet within thirty (30) minutes, you should contact g789 support with the transaction reference number. g789 will investigate and resolve verified funding failures within twenty-four (24) hours.
7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be processed from Accounts that have completed KYC verification. Accounts with pending KYC documentation may accumulate a Real Money Balance but may not request withdrawal until verification is complete.
7.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank accounts registered in the same name as the g789 Account. g789 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
7.3 Processing Times. g789 targets a maximum processing time of five (5) minutes for verified withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to thirty (30) minutes. These timelines apply twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, including public holidays in Pakistan.
7.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500 for mobile wallet methods and PKR 1,000 for bank transfers. Withdrawal limits may be subject to daily, weekly, and monthly caps which are communicated to Players at the point of withdrawal request.
7.5 Withdrawal Verification. g789 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard compliance procedure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the Player. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension.
7.6 Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance are maintained separately within your Account wallet. Only Real Money Balance that is not subject to active wagering requirements may be withdrawn.
8.1 General Eligibility. Promotional offers — including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback programmes, reload bonuses, and VIP rewards — are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time of claim. In the event of conflict between an offer-specific term and these general Terms, the offer-specific term shall prevail.
8.2 One Bonus Per Person. Promotional offers are limited to one per Player, per mobile number, per CNIC, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated. g789 reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer that it reasonably believes has been claimed in bad faith or in violation of this policy.
8.3 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before withdrawal is permitted. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements within the stated period will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Balance and any winnings attributable to it.
8.4 Prohibited Bonus Strategies. 9.1 RNG Certification. Game outcomes are entirely random and are not influenced by Account balance, betting history, session duration, or any other Player-specific variable.

9.3 Technical Malfunctions. 10.1 All sports bets placed on the g789 sportsbook are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and competition as published on the Platform at the time of bet placement. Cricket, PSL, football, UFC, tennis, and kabaddi markets are each governed by sport-specific settlement rules.
10.2 Bet Confirmation. A bet is confirmed only once accepted by the g789 system and a confirmation reference is issued. g789 reserves the right to decline or cancel any bet at its sole discretion prior to confirmation, including where odds have been published in error.
10.3 Palpable Errors. Where odds are clearly published in error — including typographical errors, decimal point errors, or odds significantly outside the market — g789 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous odds and refund the relevant stakes.
10.4 Abandoned Events. Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fails to complete within the timeframe specified in the applicable betting rules, g789's settlement rules for the relevant sport will govern the outcome of any open bets. Void bets will have the relevant stake returned to the Player's Account.
10.5 Maximum Winnings. g789 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual bets and accumulators. Maximum payout limits are displayed in the sportsbook betting interface and may be adjusted at g789's discretion.
11.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the g789 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, voiding of all pending bets and winnings, and forfeiture of Account balances:

15.3 g789's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
15.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
16.1 g789 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material in nature, g789 will provide Players with not less than seven (7) calendar days' advance notice via on-Platform notification or registered email before the amended Terms take effect.
16.2 Non-material amendments — including typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter substantive rights, and references to new game categories or payment methods — may take effect immediately upon publication.
16.3 The date of the most recent review appears at the top of this page. Players who do not accept any amendment may close their Account by contacting g789 support prior to the amendment's effective date, provided that all pending wagers are settled and any Real Money Balance is withdrawn.
17.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which g789 holds its international gaming license.
